Hi, I'm Dr Daniel Farrant, a clinical psychologist based in Auckland, New Zealand.

About Fieldkit Psychology
Life happens in the field. It helps to have the right tools, and to know when and how to use them. My practice is called Fieldkit Psychology because I help people experiencing anxiety to understand themselves, and to build a set of evidence-based skills to use throughout life.

My therapy approach
I focus on building a therapy relationship where you feel comfortable and can be yourself. We work to understand what's going on, what you want, and what will help. From there we work to develop useful skills, practise them in therapy, and apply them 'in the field' - in situations that are important to you. Over time, you will build more self-compassion, calm, clarity, and confidence in your abilities.
